Richard G.
Wohltman has been in the private practice of law since 1977, and focuses
his practice on Estate, Retirement, Charitable Giving and Asset Protection
Planning, Planning for Incapacity and the Administration of Trusts and Estates.
He also provides representation to business owners and professional practices
in the areas of business continuity planning, compensation and retirement
planning. He received his law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center
and is admitted to practice law in Virginia, Maryland and the District of
Columbia.
Mr.
Wohltman is a member of Wealthcounsel - a Community of Estate Planning
Practitioners.
Mr. Wohltman is a frequent lecturer on
Estate Planning and related issues and is a contributing author of Ways
& Means - Maximize The Value of Your Retirment Savings, a book of
practical answers to retirement planning from around the nation. Ways and
Means
was published in December, 1998.
